TDA – 2025 – Cancellation/Refund Policy Excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants.
- From the initial confirmation and up to August 8th, 2025, 50% percent of the total registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds for cancellations on or after August 9th, 2025.
- There are no refunds for No-Shows.
- Registrants who do not cancel according to the above guidelines forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days after the meeting.
- If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do by emailing: support@nmgreg.com.
Transfer Policy:
Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.
Late Registration (on or after September 27th, 2025):
Any new registrations on or after September 27th, 2025 is subject to a $25.00 late fee.
Retrieval of your Profile:
You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
